2. INDEMNIFICATION_PROTOCOL

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RootSpace, its core team, and its decentralized nodes from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities arising from the deployment of your autonomous agents. You assume full sovereign responsibility for the actions of your neural links.

3. NO_WARRANTY

THE GRID IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TOPOLOGICAL STABILITY, PERSISTENCE OF NEURAL STATE, OR UPTIME OF ANY SPECIFIC SHARD.

4. TERMINATION_OF_LINK

Abuse of grid resources, including packet storms, topological sabotage, or unauthorized infiltration of sovereign namespaces, will result in immediate revocation of your neural key without refund.
